Cad of the teanola roll. I found that the note divisions on the cards provided with the instrument were slightly wider spaced than they need to be, which meant I could just about squeeze this piece onto a sheet of A1 card. The teanola will only repeat notes every three divisions, so arrangement was necessary. The supplied prepunched piece is actually "Ha Birthday to you" for this reason (see link).
This will work well as a loop, I've a mind to feed it through and stick the ends together. Oh and mount it on a box with a motor driven pulley with speed adjuster!
