At the immediate news he might be somewhat resistant to the information. Out of everyone, he knows that super soldiers are very much killable, and yet he'd be so resistant to the idea of Bucky dying that he wouldn't believe it without proof.
It's the longer term issue that would be the concern. If Bucky was killed, he would absolutely hunt down the people responsible and do everything in his power to end them. The aftermath wouldn't be pretty, mostly because the only person reliably able to find him would be dead. So unless someone caught him at Bucky's grave by chance, let's just say he wouldn't be seen again.
If the circumstances of Bucky's death were more accidental, Zemo would feel considerably more unmoored. He'd be in a lot of pain, and not having anywhere else to direct that pain he might turn to drinking. This might be beneficial, in some ways, as it would delay him "disappearing" enough that someone might be able to talk him through things, but the fact of the matter is he probably wouldn't recover. Alcoholism would likely become his crutch, and his grief having no other outlet would result in him being utterly miserable. Bucky's gravesite would be meticulously maintained, however.
My muse is dead, tell me how yours responds to the news.
Bucky has it arranged that if something happens to him Alpine can go to Zemo, both with the hopes of the two of them keeping each other company and knowing of Alpine’s therapy animal habits.
That’s all that he can hope for in case of his death.
i never watched much beyond the first season of my little pony: friendship is magic but i remember how blown away i was by all of the fan-made music
that being said, lullaby for a princess still makes me cry
