Hello, Perthies. I don’t often do posts like this but I’ve found something extremely lovely that must be shared.
Went for a bit of an explore in the city today, and of course had to check out the spick-and-span restoration of the historic state buildings on St Georges Terrace. I’m a bit of a nut about tea so when I saw there was a ‘brew bar’ on the corner I zoomed right in. Gosh but I’m glad that I did. Teassential is one of the cutest shops I have ever seen. Everything about it is pretty and sleek, and they have some serious tea-brewing tech that I plan to go back and photograph for you.
Bena and David were both there and they are both lovely. The tea blends are unique, with punny names like ‘Claritea’, ‘Royaltea’, and ‘Luminositea’. All the teas are available for your sniffing pleasure at the counter, and after a good sniff we chose Tranqilitea to take away. Bena brewed it for us herself and served it in these gorgeous cups with little handles! The tea itself was so delicious and we sipped it while walking around Stirling Gardens, no doubt envied by everyone for our pretty cups that wafted amazing tea scents and kept us warm.
Beautiful tea, cute merch and charming merchants. Absolutely recommend.
