This tea is a doozy of a one-shot experiment. On one of the tours of the Tea Studio in the Nilgiris in India (on the Coonoor plantation), someone suggested they make a black tea that resembles (in processing and taste) to a Taiwanese Sun Moon Lake black. And they made it... and @youngmtntea sold it at festivals. . . It didn't last long. . . I'm just now getting to it. Robust like an Assam, but deceptively sweet and gentle on the finish.
