A dense green woodland strip separates the area from the facilities and creates a natural environment facing itself. For this reason, the buildings that constitute the new life center where sports and cultural activities will take place due to the peculiar character of the plot have been melted in the grove that is characteristic of the plot in discrete masses. Facades facing the road turned deaf, creating a calm atmosphere inward. On the other hand, the living areas were positioned to see the wooded area, the landscape direction fronts were maximized. All spaces in the complex have established a visual relationship with the natural landscape. The complex has completely pedestrianized routes, jogging and walking tracks. Cultural facilities created open and semi-open shaded areas between them. While the cafeteria is directed panoramicly to all natural life and the bay, sports facilities are located in the northeast of the plot. The indoor gymnasium, while limiting the courtyard, became transparent towards the wooded area in the north and integrated with it.
