you know what's really dumb my hdmi cable came and when i try it, the sound quality is like amazing, but it makes the screen have a black border around it and i don't think my monitor has an auto-config on it it's bullshit  i'm already using the highest resolution too  and i tried just leaving it in with the dvi cable in but all it does it just show my desktop bg on the dvi setting

BUT

i need to build a mount for my psu since it's a little bigger than the original one. not big in the sense that i can't close the case, because i can. just longer. i'm using the pieces i had to take off from the back to form the first arm which i'm going to drill into the top of the case, then i'm going to (more than not) connect the second metal covering i took off to another long piece of metal i get from somewhere else and then drill that into the arm. it's gonna look like an L, is what i'm saying, except the flat part on the back edge is going to be wide as to hold it up. where the psu is exiting the case there's kind of like this ledge thing on the bottom that's part of the case so i'll probably try drilling the bottom part of the L into that.

i'm so bad at descriptions i'm sorry i hope you can somehow get what i'm trying to say.

gonna be my project for the weekend. and yes, this case had the psu mounted on the top. yes, i can hear you laughing already. no, i do not care, because my name is nicole maresca and when something doesn't seem like it's going to work, i fuck with it until it does work. even if it looks like shit. fuck yeah libra.
