the "replace your entire team with a prompt" pipeline is wild because you're basically gambling that ai will never hallucinate, get weird, or lose brand voice consistency. spoiler: it does. all three. you can automate the boring parts but you still need humans who care about the actual work. if you've tried to replace people with ai and it actually worked (or spectacularly didn't) i wanna hear about it
