Mordek was once just a humble kangarat, working at the Tower of Time. One day, the Tower trapped the town he lived in in a time loop, thanks to the villainous fowl Cluck. Soon, Skylanders Pop Thorn and Magna Charge arrived to stop him, but Cluck declared he'd be back.
So, inspired by the heroism of the Skylanders, Mordek decided to repurpose a Time Geargolem into battle armor and magically controlled floating fist. When Cluck did return to the Tower, Mordek was ready. With his new armor, he decked Cluck into the stratosphere.
When his fellow townsfolk witnessed his heroism, they banded together to create weaponry to defend the Tower of Time, and it's citizens. But Mordek wasn't done there. Claiming the name Clock Out, he set off to the Skylanders Academy to practice his machinery and combat skills.
