Just some doofing about with Tech World 2, ComputerCraft 1.6 and BigReactors 0.3.3A!
I already see some ways to improve this software, so I'll be working on that sometime tomorrow. I may be an addict to ComputerCraft and the myriad silly things you can do with it.
A minecraft Tech World 2/Yogscast Complete Pack video in which I use Computercraft to prank ohgoditsrabid, who made the questionable life decision of electing me to be in charge of our base's nuclear reactor on his YCP server. |D
(Note: One of the most fun parts about ComputerCraft, and the reason I was able to make this code in singleplayer on Tech World 2 in creative mode and then quickly make that same code available to me in Yogscast Complete Pack, is that ComputerCraft has Pastebin functionality - You can save a program as a pastebin file by typing 'pastebin put [filename]' - it'll return the last part of the Pastebin URL to you, which you can then take a note of somewhere (You can even visit the code's pastebin page if you want!), and then on another world or indeed another server, you can type 'pastebin get [url] [filename]' and it'll save the code as whatever filename you save it as!)
It's 7am why am I still awake
Anyways I'm planning on a Let's Play of the Tech World 2 modpack for Minecraft: Feed The Beast. I decided to give it a little bit of a backstory (because I just love making backstories for stuff), so this is the tale of how a Gansir became stranded on a hostile planet with the task of gathering resources.
I'm not gonna be roleplaying much in the actual LP, I just figured it'd be a fun little setup and that it might give me a little goal to work towards eventually (Namely, establishing an outpost, and maybe eventually sending a little something back to Galann Mining Co. headquarters)
