Digital Print Samples
Learning techniques on Photoshop and illustrator was quite fun. These samples were created on photoshop using my swatch drawings as pattern bases. I like the colours of my print designs but I think they're a bit simple and not sophisticated. Rather then seeing them as prints for fashion they remind me of children wrapping paper designs. Yes, that does fit in with my collection but I am not satisfied with my designs. I think I could have layered more patterns over some of the designs using juxtaposition to create better and more developed designs. I felt like I had a creative-block during designing these and maybe I should have looked at my print research to get inspiration.
