So its my brothers turn to clean out the litter box, and he never does it when I first tell him too. So just now, I got angry and I told him he has to do it tonight. And he goes "Okay, okay, Wallahi  i'll do it now!" Literally half a second after he said it, we hear the cat start scratching around in his litter box, gearing up for his nightly poo. ahahaha.
