It amazed me today to see an Old aged Auto driver asking me to pay the fair by Paytm or G-pay.

Was thinking, that on other hand, very young and literate people, keep cursing our so very updated technology and govt. for promoting online transactions.

I've seen people calling a techy an idiot for trusting a computer to transfer funds.

📚1st Week of the Semester:

📓My Berkeley Innovative Index Test Result👇

In my Berkeley Index Test, I've discovered that I still lack the innovative mindset. I have to work on my comfort zone and collaborate a bit more. It would be a challenge for an introverted person like myself to engage, trust, and initiate ideas to others since I usually prefer to work alone (at times) but I will try to take remedy. I need to start to learn how to open up and share my understandings, learn to gain trust in order to collaborate. When we first got the activity, I always hesitate to speak up thinking I might jumble my words and couldn't express my thoughts of the certain topic, then sometimes I find myself (thinking) that I should settle my own ideas and we should prefer it instead of consulting the group first but gladly I didn't let my intrusive thoughts get to me. I realized that its a major red flag (as we put it in this generations terms) to have that kind of thoughts as a member of the group. I need to change that side of myself, every ideas that I could come up with should be discuss with the group so that it could be validated and agreed upon. I think I have offered valid points during our discussion as a group, I hope I did. If it did, I think it also let others open to their own ideas to the table and let the others made the chosen topic an idea and think it through.

📓My Personality Test Result👇

It’s not a shock to me that my result would be INFP cause I knew that I would be an INFP. I've taken the test before (I think I was in Grade 11) and the result is still the same as now. I thought it would change that I could be INTP this time cause I think I've been rational and ‘collecting my thought/following my mind instead of listening to my feelings’ nowadays, but I guessed wrong. But deep down I still knew I will end up being the one who still rely on the emotional side of things. But there is nothing wrong with ‘relying on your feelings’, it just means that you have a strong sense of morals and values that you've set to yourself, the mindset of ‘always knowing what’s good for everyone’. That’s the role of being a mediator, you always see and understand the two side of things and balanced it out. On the other hand, being introverted is sometimes a handful when it comes to interacting with others, however being an INFP is more of a blessing to me cause it gives me a good sense towards the feelings of others as if I'm usually adaptive and have a strong sense of empathy. The only downside of myself is I show up from time to time but disappear for 2 to 4 business days or weeks even. I find isolation comforting as every introverts think, which is not good when keeping up with relationships and appointments. I don't want to change myself, instead I just need to work more on how I collaborate with people on being in the presence of the workplace, be available on times of the appointments, and be engaging to social gathering from time to time, so that I could be updated to the latest up bringing's from the group.
