It is already 15th of August in Russia so I'd like to wish a happy birthday to our beloved BIONICLE AU, Technorealm
It's been 15 years. Fifteen years! I have hard time believing it's been this long since me and my husband created this - quite literal - lovechild.
If you're new to Technorealm, it's a divergent LEGO BIONICLE Alternate Universe where a lot of things have changed to cater to our tastes and interests, creating something amazing and unique.

My friend and I have been going back and forth about your Technorealm AU. It's silly, I know, but settle this for us. Was Kikao a bit smitten with Takanuva or was it strictly platonic? Because the stoic Ko-matoran falling for the ray of sunshine is perfect.

I did not intentionally write Kikao being infatuated with Takanuva, but that's definitely a sweet thought! Kikao is just extremely curious and lead a very closeted lifestyle, so seeing anything/anyone new is extremely exciting for him. You'll be delighted to know he has since become a chronicler (hence his pull toward Takanuva hehehe), and is out traveling with a group of Toa and making a bunch of new friends and seeing all kinds of things!
I love writing Kikao as very reserved and stoic normally, since it is how he attempts to control his emotions, but he has a big wanderlust, so new experiences make him drop the facade and embrace his natural curiosity and warmth. I think having more experiences than just being stuck in a frozen hole will do him good with anger management.
Toa Noma and Toa Zora from @technorealm. Noma is a doctor, Zora is a mechanic. They are happily married.
