A large universe where creators (or the sonas of the creators) live and they decided to create their monster ocs into the world using science and magic✨

This event will take on a more modern era like in real life but with magic and monsters, there's also rules and laws around the universe just like irl. Magic can only be used to those who have permission or in a special group, so if you used magic in a daily life like creating fire/using telekinesis/etc you will be in jail but if you used it for self defense then it's okay.
