How do you color people's skin in a Black and White image?

You need to use the Tone/saturation but clicking the "color" box. Like you choose the color you want, you select the area you want to color and then add a Tone/saturation layer, click the color box and play with saturation, tone and lighting. Repeat with the different colors for each part :)
