Management thinks Managers inherently have more integrity than Techs but it's not true. Techs and Managers violate integrity at the same rate. The difference is Techs get fired and Managers get crickets.

Twenty two years into the 21st Century and those of us with our literal skin on the line have not asserted our asses in to seats at the table. We are intregral to Manufacturing. No product goes to market without us. Nothing gets to the table without us.

In the 21st century, when we take our seats to the table, the benevolence of Managers will become inconsequential.
