In use over Christmas as my sisters over zealous sellotaping is quite legendary and having been carried most days for general EDC back up duties to my UKPK .
The Sandvik 12c27 blade was also recently used to skin an unwanted leather handbag so that I could recycle the leather ,internal mesh compartments and brass hardware for other project use .
The knife has performed well in general EDC use so far from cutting cord ,slicing open pizza boxes , the blade has kept a good edge and so far haven't needed to re -sharpen. I’m thinking about giving it a pimp up soon , its not that it needs one just I find the mirror polished hollow ground blade a real pain to photograph with light reflections .
I initially changed the pocket clip position for my preferred tip up carry and had a few issues with the second torx screw (hence why its missing ) as it just seemed too long to go back in the hole with the clip removed . I tried a shorter screw but this caused a few issues with the blade tension and it developed a bit of blade play , leaving it out seemed to solve this issue .
