"Disrespected by the Democratic Party, whatever will I do?"
Ted Marcus is a great character. This is so fun. And I love that he has this specific take and is willing to mess around with the President to get him to be just a bit more outspoken on gay rights. While Josh is obviously right that the bill will probably never even get a vote, after we heard Mr. Lydell speak so openly about his frustration with the administration's lack of guts on gay rights, it's so good to hear a gay man with the means to talk directly to the President try and do something with that. Even if it's gonna fail ultimately.
