Ho assaggiato anche un sorso della porter della Samuel Smith's.. La birra fatta apposta per il porco!! affumicata, salata, sembra di mangiare un cicciolo...ma da bere soltanto in quell'occasione, cioè di mangiata di ciccia. Particolare come le altre Samuel Smith's, in bocca rimane il malto tostato, l'alcol, un po' di acido e il salmastro.. semplice, tutto separato, forse sono abituato alle birre moderne... questa sembra proprio una birra dell'800 voto 6
