Teddy Pala goes in front of the camera for LivebyMusic
Teddy Pala stepped out from behind the camera recently as LivebyMusic relaunched its 'top 5 songs' series on it's YouTube channel. Pala is of course not new to the LivebyMusic community. Pala, an artist by trade, has worked with LBM behind the scenes as a graphic artist, photographer and creative consultant. When asked what it was about LBM's recent YouTube expansion that lured him in as a host Pala had this to say:
"I had been watching LivebyMusic from behind the scenes since the project was just a baby and consisted solely of the blog, so when the YouTube channel stated taking shape, I figured I wanted to take part in it and have fun. Discussing music is always a good idea."
'Top 5 songs', the series in which Pala will made his LBM premiere in, counts down with brief commentary, what is considered by Billboard's top 100, to be the top 5 songs trending each week. Described as a blend of American Top 40 and Cinema Sins, LivebyMusic's 'Top 5 Songs' attempts to both praise and poke a little fun at the top 40 pop culture.
"We were at first a bit reluctant to wander so closely to the top 40 world," states Rusty Felbob, editor of LivebyMusic," We have found a loyal following focusing on indie artists and boutique festivals, I felt conflicted moving forward with the series. Remembering though that any positive expansion of the LivebyMusic community ultimately helps our featured indie artists gain more exposure convinced me to continue. Not to mention how much fun we have making the videos."

In addition to the top 5 series, Pala and Felbob are scheduled to begin shooting a weekly panel discussion series to premiere on the LivebyMusic YouTube Channel in late winter 2016.
