i remember seeing a while ago of people’s comparison of ted tonks to neville. or at least it felt like the same vibe, cute fluffy sweaters, kind of shy, a meek brownish blond hair. however i find that the best characterization that ive found came from a fanfic i read on fanfic.net maybe almost 7 years ago. he had shaggy blond hair, smoked, mess of a human being, but was quite charming (almost like a golden retriever) and i find when you look at tonks that the best comparison. she was described similar to her father, plus when we meet ted he’s disorganized but strong with a warm personality
