What stardew valley mods do you use?

people keep asking but idk how to answer bc it genuinely is like 100 mods

its a lot of the popular ones on the nexusmods site for it and some aesthetic choices i liked

if youre new to modding sdv go here and just read all this shit 

and then just look thru nexusmods or the smapi compatibility list for shit that seems cool

the main one is like… stardew valley expanded i think its called? its really cool. and the farm map that comes with it is really cool.

oh and a dialogue expansion for shane… lmfao… its whatever the most popular one is

hey, dumb question, but...i like minecraft a lot, but i've only ever played it alone. i don't know anything about servers or etiquette for that sort of thing. do you mind giving me some pointers/telling me what it's like and what's expected of me beforehand so i can decide if i want to join your server? thank you in advance!

no problem! my server is very casual and there really aren’t any rules besides not being mean and not messing with anyone else’s builds

around spawn there are a LOT of big creative builds so we have a secluded area that is survival only, but you can play survival wherever the hell u want, or you can stay in creative forever! we have a little pixel art ocean if thats what ur into as well

you can really do whatever u want! as long as you’re respectful of what other people are building and etc there really isnt any other etiquette or expectations. if u have any more specific questions feel free to ask! but its really chill overall

what's My Time at Portia like? I've heard it's like 3D Stardew?

they’re comparable but with MTAP it’s not really farming-based. you can grow crops and stuff but its not the focus at all

portia’s focus is on quests, really, and building structures to support a post-apocalyptic frontier town

it’s… incredible, honestly, its buggy af sometimes but i love it a lot, the gameplay loop is more fun for me than stardew’s was, simply bc theres SO much to do and theres so much checking boxes off

and the NPCs feel… like, real people? and you kinda actually feel like your character is becoming a part of a community. its very very well done
