Here's an angsty little list running down my self insert's relationships with the brothers in OG.
---
Denpa doesn't believe Lucifer has any interest in her beyond simple obligation. She is intimidated by him, but hides it behind a veneer of stoicism. If he enters a room, she exits. She is convinced he and Diavolo have *something* going on between them and does not want to offend the prince by even entertaining thoughts of becoming closer to Lucifer. If she follows this path, her feelings grow despite her best attempts to squash them down and they are OBVIOUS. Lucifer will not give first, and neither will she. They are locked in a stalemate not knowing how one feels about the other.
Likewise, Denpa thinks Mammon views her as a chore he's been burdened with. She does not correct him when he calls her "human" instead of her name. She rolls with the punches, tries to swallow her frustration about being placed in this situation against her will only to be treated like a nuisance. When Mammon starts to cling to her, she pushes him away. Things could get firey between these two if misunderstanding doesn't give way to honesty before too long.
Denpa tries to find common ground with Leviathan but is pushed away, instead. She, too, is a shut in with anxiety. She can relate to his inferiority complex, and is also comforted by retreating into a fantasy world. His rejection hurts, but she tries not to take it personally (she does). She's an interloper in their lives, after all. She does not pry. If he'd let her in, she'd grow to adore him. But he doesn't, so she won't.
Denpa is intimidated by Satan only slightly less than Lucifer. She thinks she must sound like such a dullard when they speak, so she tries to avoid it. Encountering a cat together may be the only way to break through the awkward bubble Denpa has built around herself. This is another situation where she will bury any growing feelings deep down inside and refuse to budge first. It doesn't seem realistic enough to be worth the risk.
Asmodeus thinks Denpa is BOR-INGGG and, honestly, she doesn't blame him. She does not shine next to his beauty, doesn't enjoy being the center of attention-- these two just aren't very compatible. Their relationship is surface level and cordial, but occasionally Denpa says something that makes Asmo feel seen in a way that others don't and it gives him pause. It's probably nothing, though.
Beelzebub is the friendliest of the bunch, but Denpa can't keep up with him. Plus, the constant chewing drives her up the wall even though she knows he can't help it. After the pudding incident, Denpa begins hoarding nonperishable snacks around her room and tries to rely on those more than eating anything from the kitchen.
Belphegor gains Denpa's trust and betrays her. It's the only thing she needs to know to never trust him again. Due to his closeness with Beel, that means they're both being kept at arms length. Forever.
Denpa speed runs the exchange program with a tight lipped smile, makes no pacts, and does not return.
