Getting What I Need
Information Literacy is the set of skills that are necessary in order to get the information you need. Along with getting this information you need to be able to understand, dissect and successfully use this information in different situations. By using the TeensRead21 website in my Adolescent Literature class I learned more about navigating an internet website better than I ever could before. Because of what my experience in this class taught be I am more comfortable and able to understand how to navigate websites and blog sites, such as tumblr. I feel as if this website prepared me for whatever blogging experience is thrown my way, and for that I will always be grateful.
