Hi, so I was wondering about the design of Leilana. Did she always look like this or is this the final design after a few early drafts?

Just curious, cause I love seeing stuff like that.

She only had a few changes from her earliest designs

Her eyes didn’t have an iris and just light reflection marks but that wasn’t as expressive as I wanted. Her antenna tips went from yellow to purple like her freckles. Went from 3 fingers to 4 cause it’s common for cartoon characters have them and it allowed for her to do more hand gestures. She was also originally wearing this one-piece leotard but I switched it to a more adventurous style that has pants and pockets and pouches to better explain where she’s holding some of her tools or quest items (unless she’s holding it in her boobs or in her ass crack). I did repurpose the outfit as her old “pizza delivery girl” outfit so it’s still around in some way.

Even in the early comics there were a few things that I’d eventually change for ease of drawing. Doing the comics and pinups of her over the years has helped smooth out the design a bit.

We've heard you talk about the Omnitrix before, so I was wondering what your thoughts on the Chaquetrix are?

It's a similar device to the Omnitrix but instead of turning the wearer into "the prime example of an alien species", the Chaquetrix summons a the prime example of an alien species. Who all just happen to be hot ladies.

But has anyone ever captured you with intent on eating you before?

Do you ever think about how lucky it was that the Amphibian people in the alternate dimension of Amphibia, spoke the same language as you, and didn't speak some other kind of language?

How exactly did Dee afford to rebuild her huge ship and robotic army?

She can't have been steeling "all" the parts she needed for a ship of that size, even by cartoon logic that would take way longer. So how'd she get the money for it? 💰

Dear Dominator and Noel.

I think I've found a way to keep your Easter chocolate safe from Hekapoo this year.

"We" fuse all the chocolate together and construct a 'Chocolate Golem', and so if Hekapoo try's to eat it it can defend it's self, or run away "ether or".

And then "we" can slowly deconstruct it a little bit, peace by peace everyday so Noel can still eat it.

A question for the artist.

I was wondering if you've seen these Cartoon Cartoons shorts on Warner Bros. TV YouTube channel?

I’ve seen it and the other shorts…well, I think I’ve seen em all so far. Anyways, I liked it, tho’ it did make me think of Satina a bit which is a good thing as well. I def could see this having a decent format for a series, exploring all kinds of dilemmas needing to weigh pros and cons and coming up with a compromise. Especially since we seem to have a good shoulder devil and a bad (for lack of a better word) shoulder angel that can twist the trope a bit, even having the “normal” angels/devils act as a way to confuse the humans their helping considering the main two acting opposite of what others would expect
