People still use leet slang non-ironically in the teeworld’s player base. This surprises me because I thought leet was a mostly dead form of slang.
The Teeworlds mode that I play the most is based on paralyzing your enemy players and sacrificing them to your team’s god in metal spikes. The player culture is far more glomp-like than one would expect. People will emote hearts at you as they drag you off to your doom. (If you are located far enough from me that you play on a different server, your server culture may differ noticeably.)
(At least the players are that way if they aren’t getting into fights because some players hate each other for some reason.)
