Brown’s cries are also scripted to play, as if it was once possible to wander back here after you met Joshua. If fact, if you teleport hack to this area after that happens, you can hear them. Wander around the outside and his cries will vary in volume, depending on how close you are to the Orphanage.

Nothing exciting but some weird objects appear.. like a large plank in the Filth Room, a ladder in Amanda’s Room, toy soldier in the Sick Room, laundry in the Sick Bay, crazy camera angles, plywood in the Livestock room is gone and there’s machinery breaking through the walls, giftbox door is gone...
