The Theme Song In Question
The large blue and gold gates creak open. Three heads poke around the door. They slowly step inside. Their flashlights move their beam of light across the empty entry, landing on a sign. It read:
"Tubbie Land; The place we can grow and learn together. Forever."
"Not creepy at all," mutters the first girl, Annie.
The trio don't go further than the entrance. Annie wipes dust off the sign to get a better look at the map, another girl, Lillian, is having a staring contest with a torn and stained Po stuffie and the last girl, Sophie is wandering around.
As Sophie wanders, she spots a faint, blinking, red light. She slowly moves closer to it, turning the corner.
There's a small button, no bigger than a bottlecap.
Like destiny, Sophie moves towards it. She slowly raises her hand to the red button, beckoning to her.
Her fingertips graze the plastic before she pushes it. Nothing happens. She looks around, disappointed, before she spots a key sitting nicely in a keyhole.
She twists the key and presses the button again.
The separated group hiss as bright lights come on all around them. A tune that would usually be considered cheery, starts to play.
"Over the hills and far away,
Teletubbies come to play."
There's sound of rusty doors opening in the distance, no footsteps following but the theme song continues.
"One. One! Two. Two! Three. Three! Four. Four!
Time for Teletubbies! Time for Teletubbies!
Tinky Winky. Tinky Winky!
Dipsy. Dipsy!
LaaLaa. LaaLaa!
Po. Po!
Teletubbies, Teletubbies, say hello. Eh oh!"
There's the click sound, as if mid recording of the audio, a cassette was changed in the background, edited into the main audio.
"Where have they gone?!-"
The last line of the theme song is spoken with a completely different voice, one drowned with fear.
Most of the sound cuts off, except the tune of the theme song playing softly, mockingly, in the background and whirring and creaking in the distance.
The girls switch off their flashlights, saving the battery. They walk through the entrance and into the main area.
They see a slow and unfrequently spinning teacup ride, sparking bumper cars and many more childish fair rides, each showing something that tells of the past time.
It had been nearly 60 years since the amusement park was abandoned in 2016.
The cause was something about an incident greatly known as 'The Tracking Incident'.
A total of 7 bodies were found but still an estimated 10 more were missing and still are to this day.
Each of the bodies had been brutally mauled by what people assume was a pack of rabid dogs or wild wolves. The bodies found had belonged to an elderly woman, aged between 50-70, two adult males, aged between 20-30, one teen girl, aged 15-17, two children, male and female, aged between 6-10 and an infant girl, aged between 7-11 months.
The suspected missing people are aged between 2-50 years old.
