Lives in a happy family that wants to hide his powers. He was gifted restrictions that get rid of his powers while wearing them. Restrictions are things that can only be removed by the creator of them.
He lives majority in the multiverse but his family makes him take the homeworld high school classes. He's on his way to his senior year when he hears about the gods being kidnapped. Tell is not very known within the multiverse but he likes it that way.
Tell's natural power is copying code of the people he looks into the eyes of. This copies the state of the person and any other states the person might have in their coding. If someone had two forms with different powers Tell could feel the separate data and add both to his mental powerbook. He could choose to use either of their forms. Collecting so many codes it influences his personality. His personality is naturally tired, idfk attitude, loyal, smart, and technical. But after collecting so much codes his personality becomes spontaneous, wild, loud, bold, carefree, and chatty. When he has [redacted] restrictions on it counters this and bring back his natural personality, but while it brings back his personality it makes him powerless. In a powerless state he can collect data.
Currently he can only use one set of code at a time with his eyes coping the eye color of the person he's copying the power of.
