Generally, in English, one write starting from 7.55% P.A when writing about interest rate. Here HDFC used the same English logic and wrote the equivalent Telugu Words, which sounds a little bit hilarious when you read. 

Ideal way to write it as below

Original Copy :

Suggestions:

First issue is with the word “దమాల్” , mostly everybody understand this word, which loosely translates to “Rocking” , “Roaring” etc. I am ok to go ahead with this , except for the typo , it should be “ధమాల్” . Final copy would be >>> మొదటిసారి విదేశీ ధమాల్ స్వదేశీ శైలిలో.

2ns one - the ad is in telugu paper, written in telugu, so instead of writing “అనేక భాషలలో” (meaning many languages) , they could just have written “తెలుగు లో” ( Actual language name,  this works for other languages also) . So final copy would be భారతదేశపు మొట్ట మొదటి కె-డ్రామా ఛానల్ తెలుగు లో, ఉచితంగా. A comma after telugu needs to be added.

Final Copy :

మొదటిసారి విదేశీ ధమాల్ స్వదేశీ శైలిలో

భారతదేశపు మొట్ట మొదటి కె-డ్రామా ఛానల్ ఇప్పుడు తెలుగు లో, ఉచితంగా.

Lending Cart - a few suggestion for Telugu Ad Copy

Actual : “బిజినెస్ లోన్స్ అంటే కేవలం లెండింగ్ కార్ట్”

My Comments :

In the para below the main copy, they wrote బిజినెస్ లోన్స్ = లెండింగ్ కార్ట్ , i think this would have made a better copy then what they have it now in Telugu. 

If i have to write one, i would write as below

బిజినెస్ లోన్స్ = లెండింగ్ కార్ట్. ఈ విషయం అందరికీ తెలుసు; గెలుపు మార్గంలో పయనించే ప్రతి ఒక్కరికీ తెలుసు. కొల్లేటరల్ లేదు, పక్షపాతం లేదు. కేవలం ఒక క్విక్ బిజినెస్ లోన్ పొందటమే, ఎక్కడున్నా, టెక్నాలజీకి కారణంగా. 21వ శతాబ్దపు బిజినెస్సులకు ఈ శతాబ్దానికి చెందిన పార్ట్నర్స్ కూడా అవసరం. అంటే దీని అర్థం ఒకటే పేరు - లెండింగ్కార్ట్.

Mutual funds sahi hai should be - "మ్యూచువల్ ఫండ్స్ సరైనవే", not "మ్యూచువల్ ఫండ్స్ నిజమే".

while i dont have any issues in the main copy, i hope they could improve the wording a bit in “Free and Fast Home Delivery i.e .. మీ ఇంటికి వేగవంతమైన మరియు ఉచిత డెలివరీ”

Actual : - మీ ఇంటికి వేగవంతమైన మరియు ఉచిత డెలివరీ

Suggested  Options : - 

1) డెలివరి : ఉచితంగా మరియు వేగంగా నేరుగా మీ ఇంటికే 

2) సత్వర హోమ్ డెలివరీ - ఉచితంగా !

Manappuram edu aid competition - Some typos and better copy

Minor typo

“సహాయపడటం” లో “స" కి తలకట్టు మరిచిపోయారు. 

 Most likely this is a print issue than the copy issue. 

Copy suggestion 

Original : 

“ఇది డబ్బు గురించి కాదు, మన పిల్లలు మరింతగా నేర్చుకునేందుకు సహాయపడటం గురించి” (  translates to It's not about money, it's about helping our children learn more- which is a very good copy, but when translated literally, it doesn't really sound well for a native speaker, so i have this suggestion below)

Suggested :

“ఇది డబ్బు గురించి కాదు, మీ పిల్లల చదువుకు మా వంతు సహాయం” ( "It's not about the money, it's about helping your children get an education") 

or 

“ఇది డబ్బు గురించి కాదు, మీ పిల్లల విద్యాభివృద్ధి మా వంతు సహాయం”

How this different compared to original? 

Mine actually says get an education, but the original says more education. That means original english copy assumes that you have been cover basic educational needs, this ad is to help them learn more, may be beyond education, given the football photo. 

So to convey the “more than education need”  - it needs an improved copy than the one i wrote.
