It’s not that he’s supposed to be traveling all the time. It just happens, it gets his mind off of things. Things being the suffocating weight that hangs over him from Zack’s death. Something that he still isn’t quite over, Cloud doesn’t think that he’ll ever really be over that. It’s why he keeps to himself, and walks the other way when people try to care or understand him.

He doesn’t need people. They weren’t of use to him before, why start caring for them now?

It had been a long journey and without telling Aqua that he really had to go he took off without leaving a note. Standing in front of their door he wondered if she was still there waiting for him. Would she always be there waiting for his return? What happened if he died out in the field of work, would she still be there? Gulping back he closed his eyed inserted the key to unlock the door and twisted it open not sre if he would get a happy wife, a sad wife, a worried wife, or no wife at all. 

"Aqua?" Zack had called out her name but rather keep his eyes closed. If she was in front of him and about to smack him across the face then he would understand. His heart kept beating louder and louder. Wait, was he sure that it was his heart that was beating that loudly? Not sure if he could be terrified or not he at least braced himself for any impact that might be on his way.

She seemed to be meeting an awfully large amount of new people today. It would be rude not to greet them, however, and she gave a light nod and a polite smile.

One look at the bluette, and Blake was immediately interested. "Hello... Your clothing. You must be a foreigner, right?"

"Is that my shirt?"

"A - aqua?!" The soldier nearly jumped out of his skin as he slowly turned around. The blue haired warrior also looked surprised as he held her shirt in his hands  with a large blush on his face. " T - This -- I mean--!" The male stuttered as he fully turned around towards her and looked down in embarrassment. "I - I wasn't sniffing it ..."

"How drunk are you right now?"

The raven wasn't able to walk in a straight line and after being lead home by Cloud he was now in front of his wife now asking how drunk he was. His face was a bit red as he looked away nervously and scratched his cheek a little. "O - only a little. I know what's going on still." The raven smiled and then hiccuped, his eyes widening as he was surprised by the sudden action. "Sorry ... The guys wanted to have some fun so I joined them."
