ATTENTION ALL LGBT +

I NEED YOUR HELP- AND IT DOESN'T INVOLVE GIVING ME MONEY I live in a generally conservative christian town with numerous churches, no places to "hang out", and no LGBT groups. Which is why, with the encouragement of my english class, I am doing a service learning project- in which I am putting together an LGBT club/group that will meet together monthly at the local public library. I will be calling it "Safe Spaces" and as it implies, it will be a safe space for all lgbt members to participate in, discuss, and make friends that are also LGBT. Along with this members that are not of the LGBT community are also welcome to come to learn to how to be a more supportive ally and better understand the struggles of those they may know that are LGBT. AND THIS IS WHERE I NEED YOUR HELP!Any advice you can give for Trans, bisexual, lesbian, gay, questioning, FOR EVERY MEMBER, TELL ME! I want to make a safe, reliable resource for queers of all ages that they can feel security with and more sure of themselves I need responses as soon as possible so please, share your experience, wisdom, and guidance!

there isnt any amount of words to describe how im feeling right now this show meant more to me than just klance and i dont know what to say but this hurt me really bad and i dont know if im coming back from this which is so stupid but i didnt realize how much this show helped me cope and survive with my own insecurites and self worth and there's not alot more i care about that makes me feel worth something or makes me feel like I can be worth something. Lance meant alot to me, these characters meant so much to me and I don't know if my spite to be happy despite this is strong enough so Im sorry if this is goodbye maybe its just the current emotions but, fuck, I cant even make any jokes right now isn't that sad, but I've been teetering on the edge for a while now and this pulled me back last fall from taking the dive with -despite that shitshow that was season 4- it's new release that kept me hoping and imagining and believing I'm sorry that I feel like I'm not enough and that me realizing that maybe I can't allow myself to happy or hopeful for myself or my future, or that I'm even capable of it required me falling in love with a show about a bunch of ragaband teens, that were so unique and so special, yet normal, make a difference and show strength in unity without ever changing themselves or their differences- the potential of that being let down so harshly was what it took for me to face reality and that some people are just weak, that while everyone wants to imagine themselves a hero and a good person,they're actually just. there. Just existing and there's no way you can ever affect others or the world around you is because you never were realy connected in the first place. that even if we're all cosmic dust, while some may make a supernova, or a planet or moon, there are others that just get used up by the sun, as fuel something inconsequential and too numerous to individualize or spectulate about i dont know if ill feel better, i guess i hope I do, but either way its been a joy having this time with each and every one of you and im so sorry im weak and fragile and I hope I'll be back and maybe be the hero that I want to be -Lindsay

It has occurred to me that I haven't added tags to any reblogs I, well, reblogged so starting from now on I'll do just that.
