for the ask game:
🥇🧭 for ten nights
🏴☠️and 🙏 although they're admittedly very similar for nine parts (just the fic or the whole series idc which)
and 📖 for howl (although i have some idea about what may have happened in this one. stupid war)

Ten Nights
🥇 What scene were you most excited to write? Did it end up being the one you enjoyed writing the most?
Gosh I had so many scenes for this - it is great fun, poor dense Jace and his amazing wives (and I have so much fun with the kiddos too) but I think it might have been the wedding at Raventree which has a series of extra fun things. Baela and her one room surprise, Rhaena hinting about kising and them my fav - our first eavesdropping scene!. I love the eavesdropping scenes so much so yeah I think it might have been - at least on the level with the with subsequent eavesdropping scenes (including hopefully upcoming ones lol - Baela is like this works so lets keep using it)
🧭 What was the key choice or decision you had to make for this story? If you had chosen differently, what would the story have turned into?
I think the key choice is in backstory really which the death of Aegon and Viserys - both in that it robbs Jace of the solution Future Promised in Glass Jace has - just wait and marry Egg when he grows up, Rhaena but its not just that he doesn’t have that option but that them being the last remaining of their family makes them that much more insular and alone in the world (Corlys getting his head of his ass eventually not withstanding) and that was needed to get Jace on board with the plural marriage which was the main hurdle.
Nine Parts
🏴☠️ Were there any points in which your characters tried (or succeeded) to commit mutiny against your planned plot? Where did they most want to rebel?
Luke was meant to go to sea before the baby but he (and Rhaena) weren’t having it, which necessitated the Driftmark Vaemond plot.
🙏 Was there anything your character(s) really really really wanted to do? Did you let them?
Haven’t let Daemon murder Otto (I mean not yet - no murders at all for him Poor Daemon - maybe if he is a bit nicer to Rhaena, Jacaera might give him a murder in a plot but only maybe because you know its so hot when Baelon murders for her 👀) and obviously, Baelon wanted to murder Aegon chapters before he got to lol. Poor boy - he's so hard done by, but largely Jacaera and Baelon get to do whatever they want.
I howl like a wolf at the moon
📖 Could the story have been a different length? What would you have included/removed?
The pesky war has made this much longer than my initial thoughts - in fairness the war was almost always going to be an issue in this series but in my initial plan, Wolf was just the wedding and jacaera settling into Winterfell and it was going to be 3 chapters and the war was going to be the next part in the series.
In my very first thoughts about this fic/series - Jacaera had made the usual pact to promise a daughter to rickon and did not go back North until after the war to offer herself as she isn't going to have a daughter now as her betrothed is dead and she was also directly fleeing Aegon II who was in need of a new wife (or maybe mistress because he was going to marry a baratheon) but he still would be up for being awful to jacaera and either way Jacaera was like yikes no thanks to that. So she fled to Winterfell (also in that outline she knew Vermax was alive but had had to flee without her for some reason and was just like don’t want that complicating my northern marriage which resulted in this summary in my notes
Cregan: I don’t want to be King consort Jacaera: very much a you problem. Also, I have a dragon Cregan: You very much implied she was dead before we married Jacaera: She was missing. I was very worried. Cregan: uh-huh
