This delicious recipe combines the smoky flavor of bacon with sweet and tender corn on the cob. Perfect for your next barbecue or outdoor gathering.
Ingredients: 4 ears of corn on the cob. 8 slices of bacon. 1/4 cup butter, melted. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 1/2 teaspoon paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. Chopped fresh parsley for garnish.
Instructions: Adjust the heat on your grill to medium-high about 350F or 175C. Corn husks should be peeled back but not removed. After removing the silk, raise the corn husks once more to encase the kernels. Combine the melted butter, brown sugar, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Distribute the butter mixture evenly over every corn ear. For every ear of corn, take two slices of bacon and tightly wrap them around the corn, using toothpicks to hold the bacon in place as necessary. After preheating the grill, place the bacon-wrapped corn on it and cook, turning occasionally, for about 15 to 20 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the corn is tender. The heat setting on your grill may affect how long it takes to cook. After it's finished, take the corn off the grill and give it a minute to cool. Serve hot, garnished with finely chopped fresh parsley. Savor the delicious corn on the cob wrapped in bacon!
