Ingredients: 1 4-5 pound bone-in turkey breast. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh sage. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Rinse the turkey breast and pat it dry with paper towels. In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, sage, salt, and pepper. Rub the garlic herb mixture all over the turkey breast. Place the turkey breast in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the turkey is cooked through and tender. Once cooked, remove the turkey breast from the slow cooker and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm with your favorite side dishes.
