This place wasn’t as well suited for her feats of acrobatics - leaps off buildings and backflips were a bit more oddly regarded, but it was the way 2B was most accustomed to getting around - and there was little point in going around a building if she could scale it and just cut straight through.
And, ever the pragmatist, 2B didn’t much care if others looked at her oddly if she got where she needed to go minutes faster than if she took countless detours. That said, the increase of people walking around does sometimes mean that she nearly lands on someone’s head as she floats down, delicately, gripping Pod 042 to slow her descent.
Today, it seems, is one of those days. She manages to change her momentum so that she lands several feet away, dusting her skirts off as she manages to land without dropping all 330 pounds of her body on someone’s head. In doing so, however, she drops the bag that had been under one arm, and struggles to collect all the books.
“Sorry,” she offers, seemingly totally unbothered by this turn of events.
