I had the chance to watch The Prince of Tennis, The Third Stage Today
And my mind is blown! The choreography. The sound and light design. The attention to detail. The amount of talent. The absolutely incredibly over the top storytelling. The impeccable direction.
And when all this time I knew Perth had taken singing lessons and all, I had NO IDEA how good he is in this. His voice was almost unrecognisable.
(I know they did a bit of sound mixing with it but holy crap. )
And apart from that he was just funny as hell - both as hyper-German QP and as camp as fuck Camus. Perth just lives for the effeminate roles and I am here for it.
I really really hope I'll have the chance to see a recording of this season, too, because his role is so much bigger in this.
I honestly did not think he could still surprise me, and here I am with my jaw on the floor.
