The tentacle dick thing was weird to me at first, but then my friend talked about how they liked it because it made them feel more comfortable. I asked how, and they told me that while it's not realistic (it is tenticales of a demon after all) they connected with having their dick on the inside. They're ftm and said that it made them think of ftm guys before bottom surgery since the clit gets bigger, but can still be hidden. They dont have tumblr, so they wanted me to thank you
