Trying another go at my Off the Hook “hologram” concert - this time in 4K (not that I have a 4K display or anything...) and with better camera angles. I also decided to add a couple other extra things in there to experiment with.

It’s finally happening, y’all!

I’m gonna be holding the Spanish version of the concert tonight at 8:45pm PDT. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aANBnLB1zRg The English version has been delayed as I’m working with someone to add some finishing touches (I took too long to contact them because I’ve been REALLY shy during this whole quarantine and haven’t really been talking to anyone lmao) and I feel like they’ll add something special to this presentation, so feel free to wait until then. But if you want to see how the meat of the project has turned out ASAP, then that’s your stream!

This Spanish version has been all me, though... okay. Well, @agostaini had a hand with some corrections and suggestions for the Spanish dialogue. So... 95% me! I’ll be sure to announce when the English version has a date, since it’ll be like the definitive version of the project until we can start gathering in large crowds without worry again.

Day #?? of quarantine - Pearl and Marina are bunkering in my garage holding concerts.

Happy anniversary, Splatoon! I hope Callie, Marie, Pearl, and Marina will be able to have a live show in Los Angeles in the near future!

I had to cut this down to fit into tumblr’s limit but here’s how streaming “Fly Octo Fly ~ Ebb & Flow” turned out! A lot of work went into both the presentation and trying to figure out how to stream something with such a set up. I’m so ready for safe gatherings! I want more folks to experience this in person (I just need a better projector...).

Hello, tumblr! Just wanna say on here to any fans interested that I’m working on recreating last year’s Off the Hook “Tentalive” concert!

I’ve made a couple of detailed posts on a separate blog (including how this is being made), but the gist of it is that I’ll be completing it before July this year so that I can show it for some friends who’ll be in the area and hopefully I’ll find a way to recreate the concert experience for more fans. A recording of a projection of the full concert will be uploaded at some point within the month if I’m not able to live stream it.

As I continue working on this, I made a survey to see where around the people who are interested in a Splatoon concert are located, please fill it out!
