@healingwords : The low, weary sound that left Ochako's lips was a dead giveaway to how she felt--she felt absolutely exhausted. She knew her grades were important, but the words on the page were starting to blur together in her mind, not to mention in her vision. When blinking didn't help, the brunette let her head fall back as she leaned back in her chair, eyes falling closed. If only she had decided to study in her own room instead of in the common area on the first floor... but then again, she'd also been hoping to snag one of her more studious classmates to help her with this English. Hopefully, Iida would be by soon. Otherwise, she might just have to give up for the time being.
"You look like you could use this more than I do right now.” Tenya mused, walking over to set a fresh can of orange juice down in front her with a smile. He could never ignore any of his classmates looking so bedraggled in the common area. As the class rep, he’s taken the duty upon himself to make sure everyone is safe and properly taken care of, even if he had just gotten in from some extra training himself.
“Studying is important but, as you must know, so is taking breaks to make sure your brain can refresh and you’re all fueled up and ready to keep learning. You can’t properly retain information otherwise!”
“I’d be happy to assist but if you haven’t eaten I’d suggest taking a break now to do so. I was just on my way to try and prepare something for myself if you’d like to join me. I think I’ve actually been getting a lot better at this whole cooking thing since trying it here and there after the training camp! I mean..." Tenya trailed off a moment, confidence starting to waver but attempting to hold firm. “Well, I haven’t exactly managed to make anything I could call delicious yet but it’s edible!”
