I've had this character for a long time but I'm very behind on ref sheets so this is his first proper introduction. He was born in Argentina to Argentinian-Japanese and Brazilian-Japanese parents and lived there for three years before moving to Japan. Then he met Makoto and they've been best friends ever since. He can read, write and understand Portuguese, Spanish, Japanese and some English, but due to his quirk his speech capabilities are limited. He has two heights listed because his hips can pivot, switching him between standing upright and leaning forward in "running mode". He's a petty and chaotic little bastard and I love him very much 🦖💚
