Teonni did have that one nice post move where she spun to the basket and got the and 1 I feel like she should be getting more minutes if anything to see what she can do also Marina loves her rookie so throw her out there and let’s see what she can do (although I’m excited for the new girl she was a hooper at Syracuse)

I could get behind that Teonni getting more minutes argument. Sandy might as well start playing her and letting her learn through trial and error cause our frontcourt is always injured. Give her the Kiki Rice experience fr. If she uses up all her fouls whatever, she needs the experience.

So Toronto post presence today is Kayla Izzy and Teonni. Cool. I wonder if Teonni wants to have her first breakout legacy game on her birthday?
One thing I will say about Teonni is that despite being an obvious rookie, I will never get on her ass considering that a) she's a second round pick and so, like Marina, I'm sure she's well aware that not much is expected of her (whether that's fair or not), and b) Sandy gives her NO minutes. Like, last game she played more out of necessity, but she wasn't a focal point of the offence, nor did I remember her being on the floor during critical moments. It's just kinda crazy, especially considering how players like Laura are given grace to play through their myriad of mistakes (granted, that lady is literally pushing 30).
