Blake was a lycanroc who was once upon a time best friends with Cyra’s father, Teru. He was playful, quaint, ambitious and loved to battle with his best pal. Eventually when he and his raichu friend decided to investigate the “Forbidden Realm”, where he and the latter got separated with only Teru returning home as he couldn’t “save him”. For a long time he was missing, even assumed deceased from the adventure. Teru tried explaining what happened but he just couldn’t very well. Eventually Blake manage to come back to the realm of purity: with bloodthirst revenge tainting his tender mind. He is angry at Teru and accused him of “abandoning him” from that time, left being tortured and mistreated. He became much more abnormally powerful somehow than the average lycanroc and has a mysterious “symbol” branded against his side—a permanent reminder of those humans and the most surprising of all, his own offspring. He has the psychotic, murderous intent to destroy everything that Teru values to make up for what he’s been through, including his ex best friend himself and that includes Cyra too who eventually gains the strong will to avenge her family for what he has done when she grows up.
As for the rockruff siblings, we have Myles who is often thought to be younger than his sister but is actually just smaller. He has seen stuff that’s considered unnatural for the pokémon who live in The Realm of Purity and for some reason does not agree with what his father is doing and his intentions. Terisa on the otherhand naturally has a killer instinct, prefers to get in a heated battle and is always trying to make her father proud and become stronger. She always picks on his brother despite their maturity difference mainly because he’s hesitant and cowardly; a complete contrast between her and their father. She’s an automatic follower of her dad and Myles is just dragged along anyway cause they’re young and where their father returned to is obviously better than that experimental laboratory they were was trapped in for years—especially and specifically their father).
