A big F U to FAST tech for laughing at me when I told them you cannot run a bronze gear on Hydraulic roller street cam ford motor. Only to have the next tech come on and tell me he’s “ built 1000’s of motor and always uses a CAST gear.” I asked for the steel gear when ordered and the harness to match I got neither. The harness wasn’t correct at all . But was told I could purchase a gear for another 75 bucks. I stopped him there and ask to return all it. Bottom line is costumer service is everything but to us. I guess at fast it is not. #fastfuelairsparktechnology #terriblecustomerservice #compcams #nsb_racing https://www.instagram.com/p/B2XNcIen3SH/?igshid=1qr45x446jsca
The most useless group in the workforce. Instead of helping customers she wants to be on her phone. Sorry for the lack of posts guys :(
My laptop was being repaired, then it came back with MORE problems, and now it's being repaired again. :( SAD.
Its (not really) a Virus!
Heard a frightening story the other day.
I have co-worker who just purchased an Android phone (not sure which model) from Docomo. After using it for a week he noticed that his volume setting for the ringer wasn't sticking - no matter what he set it at it always return to the default setting.
Being a normal non-techie kind of guy he did the logical thing - he took it to the nearest Docomo shop to ask them for help. As soon as the question left his mouth their reply came back:
It must be a virus.
My translation?
We can't be bothered by your problem so we will say something that sounds reasonable so that you will go away.
My friend says he went home, ran a virus scanner, which obviously turned up nothing, and the problem still isn't solved.
Now, if it was my phone I would ditch whatever piece of crap skin Docomo threw on this phone and go with stock Android, but since it is not my phone, and I don't want the burden of being this guy's phone tech support, I just kept my mouth shut.
However you look at it though, this is terrible customer service on Docomo's part and I am sure it will negatively affect them in the long term.
