Terry Sinclair aka Alternara is an ex-villain with mycokinesis who was arrested for impersonating someone named Sandra Taylor, whom she lived as for a while and maxed multiple credit cards. She was only caught when she had gone to the bank to attempt to take money out of Sandra's account
Terry used makeup and affects to change her sharper face to a more rounded look and only got the whites of her eyes tattooed teal AFTER being arrested
