[Steel~Strings/Teruo] Teru felt like being affectionate. He gave Kouichi a quick peck on the cheek and leaned in on his shoulder. "How are you today, Kitty?"

Kouichi leaned his head onto Teruo’s, tucking into the other’s mousy brown hair soft and yet rough on his cheek and neck and sighing inaudible at the other’s keen sense for the elder twin’s mood dip. Or maybe Teruo had no reason. Either way, Kouichi appreciate the gesture enough to nuzzle his nose into Teruo, breathe him in and kissing his head, closing his eyes against the other’s small, steely strong stature, tiny and thin and yet so full of conviction…
“I’m…” he wanted to lie, the usual response snaking its way onto his tongue like a chocolate confectionary. To tell the truth would taste too bitter, maybe even make Teruo turn away. But he felt comfortable and safe, so for the moment he let himself slouch and lean onto the other’s supporting frame, sinking over the smaller boy as if to shroud him protectively. “Better… now that you’re here.”
His lips nuzzled in thanks against the other’s slightly warmer skin, soft under his own frown. He was being silly and confounded with emotions, wanting attention so bitterly and yet not trusting himself to ask and too afraid to be ignored. Kouichi was down on himself for dreams he couldn’t control, all of which made him curl tighter over Teruo, pulling the other into his center and finally eking a smile from him to be so close, sharing this moment together with his boyfriend.
