Im forgettinghthings by the second.

My lip is busyed, I remember dark room. Dark rooms and needles and god. the fucking light. Oh god the light. So much of it filling every crevace. I think it was the face of god. Fucm god.

My glassss are still missing i askrd a nurse (a nurse? howd i fidn her? did she find me?) for a replaceement so those are on the way. My body feels dtrange. shaking jerking like it isnt mine. So much blood. So much fucking blood.

Im briised like a drug addict all over my arms. Im back iny cell. Room, its a fucking room. Im not in fucjing prison.

My therapist said what happened was I dissociated and violently assaulted a nurse. That they were doing everything they could to de-escalate the situation and that I was trying to get out and was attacking people. I don't remember any of this.
