The Brando hotel will feature 35 private villas totaling 41 rooms, including 30 single-room villas, 4 two-room villas, and one three-room villa. The resort will feature six-star facilities, including two restaurants, two bars, a spa built over a freshwater lagoon, staff housing, and a maintenance area.
