This Spanish Cheese Wiz is a delightful blend of creamy Galician Tetilla cheese with the tang of dry white wine, creating a rich and flavorful dip perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients: 200g Galician Tetilla cheese, grated. 100ml dry white wine. 1 clove garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1 teaspoon paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. Baguette slices, for serving.
Instructions: In a saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and saut until fragrant, about 1 minute. Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly reduced. Gradually add the grated Tetilla cheese, stirring continuously until melted and smooth. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and transfer to a serving dish. Serve the Spanish Cheese Wiz warm with baguette slices for dipping.
