My second time here (I visited a year ago) to Red Hook, Brooklyn where they have a smokehouse serving Texan BBQ We ordered a pound each of beef brisket, lamb belly, pulled pork, 1 homemade sausage, full rack of Jamaican jerk pork ribs and sides including mac and cheese ($8), 2 large collard greens ($16) and 2 pieces cornbread ($8/2) The ribs were hands down my favourite, followed by the brisket which I ate with their spicy BBQ sauce and corn bread. I must say I stayed away from meat for the next couple of days after this feast! All this food came to about US$190 after tips which is not cheap (although could probably serve 6-8 hungry Asians) but considering we don't have anything of this quality in Hong Kong, why not? @ Hometown Bar-b-que, Red Hook, Brooklyn, New York
